Films in Progress 7 will take place on Thursday 17
and Friday 18 March 2005, within the framework of the XVII Rencontres
Cinémas d’Amérique Latine de Toulouse.
These two yearly rendezvous organized jointly by two festivals
in two European countries aim to facilitate the conclusion of
Latin American fictional feature films and help bring them to
the public.
A complete but provisional first cut of selected full-length films
experiencing difficulties with the post-production stage will
be presented at a showing exclusively reserved for film industry
professionals, including producers, distributors, TVs, exhibitors,
sellers, technical industry representatives, as well as representatives
of public institutions and festivals.
The period for presenting projects is now open. Candidates should
submit their projects to Rencontres Cinémas d'Amérique
Latine de Toulouse before the 15 January 2005 deadline.
