The TCM-Audience Award at the 52nd Donostia-San Sebastian International Film Festival, carrying a cash prize of €30,000 in aid towards promotion of the winning film, goes to "DIARIOS DE MOTOCICLETA", by Walter Salles, distributed in Spain by VERTIGO FILMS, S.L.

This film was granted 3,534 points out of a maximum of 4.

The audience will choose a film from among those in the Zabaltegi section already shown at other International Festivals, known as the Festivals' Top section, by awarding points to each one after screening. The importer of the winning film will recieve this award worth 30,000 euros, by way of backing towards its promotion. The aim of this award is to encourage the importation of high quality films.
