The Festival Internacional de Cine de Donostia-San Sebastián (hereinafter The Festival) undertakes to protect its users’ privacy at all times. The Festival will use your e-mail address to send you its electronic press releases. This information is not publicly distributed on the Internet and can only be accessed by the person to whom the details correspond and by the individuals or entities expressly authorized to do so by The Festival.
The collection of user data is processed in a safe environment guaranteeing their confidentiality. Besides, all of the data provided by users are protected against any kind of unauthorized access.

The Festival informs its users that voluntarily provided personal data will be added to its computer files, ensuring their security and confidentiality, with the purpose of providing a service which satisfies its users, employing the data for its own commercial promotions, and for statistical and marketing purposes, in all cases respecting Spanish legislation on data protection.
Users are moreover informed that, according to that set down in Organic Law 15/1999, dated 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, you can at any time exercise your right to access, modify, cancel, oppose and revoke previously given consent by means of sending an e-mail to web@sansebastianfestival.com or by writing to Apdo.
