Activity at the Festival: Stand selling cinema-related
products
Metropolis Libros is a bookshop specializing in cinema at which
you can find just about anything related to the seventh art,
particularly books, with an extensive catalogue containing over
2,500 titles, all essential works for getting to know cinema:
screenplays, technical books on lighting, directing, stage design,
the great biographies of actors and directors, studies and essays
detailing the basis of filmmaking, the history of cinema, acting,
etc. not forgetting all sorts of other extremely popular products
such as videos and DVDs of prestigious movies, and collector’s
items for the movie buff and lover: posters, photos, figures,
postcards and various merchandising goods, all in pleasant premises
with film theatre seats in which to leaf through the products
on offer. Metropolis Libros also endeavours to bring life to
its installations, and has therefore organized different book
launches, storytellers, exhibitions, etc.
