Synopsis
Henry Morgan is pardoned from the gallows and named governor of Jamaica to rid the Caribbean of pirates and keep peace between England and Spain. Pirates are offered royal pardon if they abandon their life of pillage. One of Morgan's pirate friends, James Waring, falls in love with the former governor?s daughter, Margaret Denby. When renegade pirates Billy Leech and Wogan refuse to obey Morgan's authority, he sends James to capture them. Director
