Z365" or "Festival all year round" is the new strategic point of the Festival in which converge investigation, accompaniment and development of new talents (Ikusmira Berriak, Nest); training and cinematic knowledge transfer (Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, Zinemaldia + Plus, Filmmakers' dialogue); and investigation, disclosure and cinematic thought (Z70 project, Thought and Discussion and Research and publications).
Tatiana Leite (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) worked as a film programmer for 12 years, then she founded the production company Bubbles Project in 2012, with a strong focus on international co-productions and auteur cinema. Through it, she has produced and co-produced 14 feature films that have been screened and awarded at festivals around the world.
Among them are Benzinho / Loveling, (Gustavo Pizzi, 2018), which competed at Sundance; Familia sumergida / A Family Submerged (María Alché, 2018), winner of the Horizontes Award at the San Sebastián Festival; Regra 34 / Rule 34 (Julia Murat, 2022), which received the Golden Leopard in Locarno; and Puan (María Alché and Benjamín Naishtat, 2023), which won the Jury Prize for Best Screenplay and the Silver Shell for Best Leading Performance in San Sebastián.
Her latest titles include Malu (Pedro Freire, 2024), which competed at Sundance and received, among other honors, the awards for Best Debut Feature and Best Actress at the Cairo Film Festival; and O Riso e a Faca / I Only Rest in the Storm (Pedro Pinho, 2025), which won Best Performance (Cleo Diára) in Cannes’ Un Certain Regard section.
She has served as an expert at Berlinale Talents, Rotterdam Lab, EAVE – Puentes, First Cut Lab, and La Femis Creative Lab. She is a tutor at BRLab, Locarno Open Doors, and Full Circle Lab. This year, she was appointed EAVE National Coordinator for Latin America, and last year she became a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
