The world of American truckers and their confrontations with the representatives of the law. One of these confrontations begins to take considerable proportions. A caravan of trucks headed "Rubber Duck" is moving towards the interstate border, but on a bridge there are battle tanks among other huge National Guard, Army and Police forces. The confrontation is inevitable.
