Synopsis
The world has been devastated by an atomic war. The society which has outlived it, is living a scattered and miserable life. The "doctors" carry out their "Program for the reconstruction of humanity", the purpose of which is to transform degenerate individuals in members of the society. Pernat is one of them, an artificial man.
