Jaime Humberto Hermosillo
Jorge and Aaron are buddies at school in a small Mexican city and play hooky frequently in order to attend the local matinees.
Jorge goes to Mexico City with his father during holidays one summer to deliver an order of furniture. Aaron wants to go along, but can't get his mother's permission. The boy's fantasies, stimulated by the films they've seen, begin to take control of their thiking, and Aaron decides to run away, with his friend's help, by hitching a ride on a truck.
During the trip, tre truck and its occupants are attacked by a group of brigands who kill the driver and take the kids hostage.
