klaus, the resident doctor in a work camp, collaborates in clinical experimentation on deported childres ans is thus obliged to leave his country with his wife and daugther at the end of the war. However, Klaus harbours the desire to continue the crude practice of experientation even while living as an expatriate.
Some years later, he suffers an accident that leaves him paralyzed and permantently dependant on an iron lung. He is looked after by a young man named Angelo qho begins to collaborate in the satisfaction of Klaus's desires.
Eventually, he begins to blackmail Klaus and little by little takes possession of his house. This difficult situation continues untik an intense struggle for physical and mental survival ensues.
