A community of Cheyenne Indians feels tricked and humiliated in their dealings with the American goverment. In 1887 they were forced to leace the banks of the Yellowstone river and to move onto a desolate reservation in Oklahoma, but were promised the means to make qa dignified living. hte village has waited years and years for the promise be honoured. Now it appears that it never will be.
