Synopsis
The spirit of an ancient mask calls a sleeping girl into a dream of self-discovery. The spirit takes on different forms (sometimes heard as the oboe in the music, later appearing as a magical white cat) to urge the girl on through her rite of passage: the internal process she goes through to let go of her childhood.
