Abandoned by his parents in their flight from the war, Erasmo decides to kill the person who murdered the wet-nurse who brought him up. Like all men, Erasmo is looking for a direction in life. He runs into a friend, Saúl; a first love, La Renga; an enemy, El Zancudo; and the person who turns into his final conquest, Magdalena. This is the tale of a friendship between two youngsters looking for the truth to set themselves free and their frustrated attempts at love.
