Ruthless FBI agent, Sean Archer, has to discover the whereabouts of a lethal biological weapon hidden by his bitter enemy, the sadist terrorist Castor Troy. In view of the fact that Tory is now in a coma, Archer decides to take a loan of his face to carry out his mission and undergoes a complicated operation to do so. But things go badly wrong when Troy comes round, turns into Archer, and proceeds to set all Hell loose in the agent's life. The clock is ticking, the tension is mounting, and the game becomes a fight to the death between the two mortal enemies. Ironically trapped in each other's bodies, they try to save face; or rather, their own faces.
