Synopsis
A man returns to his village in the north of China when he learns that his father has died. His mother has been plunged into despair and wants to bury him according to old tradition. While he is waiting, the man remembers the beautiful story of the love between his parents. A simple sublime love story told in two seasons: the pain of the winter of life in black and white; the hopes of the spring of youth in colour.
