Synopsis
Having had nothing to eat for the last two days, young Trina's eyes are rivited on the scene as Bill sits on a Central Park bench in top hat and tails feeding the pigeons. Leading her to a fancy restaurant without a cent to his name, the cheeky tramp gets out of the situation by threatening to create a scandal if they don't let him away without paying. He later takes the girl to a large encampment of homeless people beside Brooklyn Bridge where they set up some kind of an abode together.
