Synopsis
Grace has two suitors, Tom and Dick. While Tom, the better behaved of the two, plays cards with his sweetheart's parents, Dick takes the chance to flirt. Eventually marrying Tom, the difficulties experienced by the young couple with their modest lifestyle only get worse when they invite a businessman to dinner to sign a contract and the evening turns out to be a disaster. Grace goes home to her mother, but everything sorts itself out when Tom finally lands the much dreamed-of contract.
