Lena
Made in Spanish

18-year-old, motherless Lena lives in the Vigo estuary docklands area of Bouzas with her poor, immature creature of a father who survives on dreams and getting into trouble. Even so, he is affectionate with his daughter and the pair of them stay together. The summer has just begun: Lena has been paid for her job at a frozen food store and her father finally seems to have found a job that will make a bit of money. Lena, like any girl her age, wants to let her hair down and have fun with her friends; but her father is beaten up by the local mafia who accuse him of having done them out of some money. Lena's life changes radically from then on. Her main preoccupation is now to defend her father.
