Director
Three people find that their lives have been built upon a fantasy or solely destined to fulfil external demands, but never in response to their most profound needs and desires. Paula, the central player in the triangle, senses the full significance of this conflict when a stranger connects with her in a special way. Eroticism is a constant in this movie, revealing itself at times to be a threatening and disturbing source of tension, while still conveying its ability to serve as a powerful vehicle for true communication via the sensual contact between two bodies.
