Synopsis
Davis Morgan is an electronic wizard with psychopathic tendencies who robs electronics stores and warehouses to obtain equipment that he modifies and sells to Paul Reeves. The Los Angeles police are in a quandary about this successful burglar since Morgan listens in on their radio network, knowing where they are looking for him. He cleverly alters his modus operandi so that his work appears to be that of another burglar, and is also a master of disguise. But Sgt. Marty Brennan and Capt. Breen manage to trap him at Reeves's factory.
