Synopsis
Damon Vincenti works in a California vineyard when wealthy Kendall Hale hears him sing and decides that she can make him a star. She is soon bored by Vincenti and leaves with a sculptor. Meanwhile Vincenti has fallen in love with her and when she abandons him he blows his big chance for success at the Metropolitan Opera. Vincenti goes to Mexico where he gets sick. The attractive daughter of an ex-bullfighter, Juana Montes, helps him get well. They get married and he returns to fame, but Juana has to win him from Kendall.
