Obesity has become the major problem of the American health system, ahead of smoking. In view of the social alarm created by the legal action taken against McDonald?s by two American youngsters, accusing the multinational for their health problems due to obesity, Morgan Spurlock lends himself as a guinea pig to a dangerous experiment: to breakfast, lunch and dine for a month on McDonald?s food and observe the effects of the diet on his health... and on his weight.
