Synopsis
Makoto, a high school science teacher, is a lonely individual who has for some time been hatching a plot to make an atomic bomb. Filled with Dutch courage after surviving a bus hijack, he steals plutonium and gets down to work. Now that he?s made the bomb, Makoto has fun blackmailing the authorities with trivialities like having them broadcast baseball games with no commercial breaks.
