Zela Trovke is an old Slovak moritat, a type of ballad that narrates the events surrounding a murder.

BIOGRAPHY

Asier Altuna, born in Bergara in 1969, studied at the Film and Video School in Andoain and continued his training in Venezuela, where he started working as a technician in the grip and electrical department on several feature films, a job he combined with his Screenplay studies. In 1997, with Telmo Esnal he wrote and directed his first short film, Txotx. Since then, in addition to several short films, he has written and directed the feature films Aupa Etxebeste! (2005) and Bertsolari (2011). He also wrote and directed, again with Telmo Esnal, the 13-episode series for ETB1, Brinkola (2008-2009). In 2008 he founded the production company, Txintxua Films.
