Two friends live in the little Sunnytown, an elephant called Sebastian and a cat called Micho. Sebastian, Micho and the inhabitants of Sunnytown are very sad, because their beloved mayor, Jerónimo Braulio Severin Olsen has disappeared. In his absence, deputy mayor Chist has taken over. His perverse new town council casts a shadown over the town, and Chist threatens to stay in JB’s position forever.
