Some 1,800 years ago, the fall of the Eastern Han Dynasty led to relentless wars. Cao Cao, prime minister of the Han Dynasty, took on the alliance between Liu Bei and Sun Quan, only to suffer a heavy defeat at the Battle of Red Cliffs. The period marked the forming of the Three Kingdoms, comprising the states of Wei, Shu and Wu. Though crushed, Cao Cao refuses to admit defeat and plans retaliation.
