A little girl is saved from a fire by her young neighbour. They take shelter in an apartment from where they can see their tower burning.

BIOGRAPHY

Marie Mc Court is a Franco-Danish director living in Brussels for 5 years, she has just graduated from a master's degree in directing at the Institut des Arts de Diffusion (IAD).

In parallel to the writing of her next short film, she’s launching a casting agency which aims to find atypical talents able to transport stories.

Her graduation film, I was still there when you left me, shot with non-professional actors, marks the starting point of this project. Convinced that cinema can be a source of inspiration for everyone, she pays particular attention to the presence and representation of cultural diversity on screen.
