Z365" or "Festival all year round" is the new strategic point of the Festival in which converge investigation, accompaniment and development of new talents (Ikusmira Berriak, Nest); training and cinematic knowledge transfer (Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, Zinemaldia + Plus, Filmmakers' dialogue); and investigation, disclosure and cinematic thought (Z70 project, Thought and Discussion and Research and publications).
Eva Morsch Kihn (Creutzwald, France. 1973) has a diploma in Cultural Organisation Management from the Paris-Dauphine University and in Modern Literature from the Toulouse-Jean Jaurès University. She is a curator and adviser in industry areas.
She works as a programming and professional platform coordinator (Films in Progress) at the Cinélatino, Rencontres de Toulouse festival. She is an international adviser at Gap-Financing Market (the Venice Festival market) and collaborates with the Marché du Film and Ventana Sur as part of the Primer Corte and Copia Final selection committee. She also collaborates with Br Lab, the Latin American project development lab organised in São Paulo.
She has developed and coordinated the professional activities of La Fabrique des Cinémas du Monde at Cannes and is the adviser of the selection committee of the Gindou Film Writing Residency (France), created in 2020. In 2021, with two festivals, she co-founded the Trafic project providing support to talent in the Occitanie/Catalonia/Balearics Euroregion. She is also the general secretary of the CICAE since 2017.
