Z365" or "Festival all year round" is the new strategic point of the Festival in which converge investigation, accompaniment and development of new talents (Ikusmira Berriak, Nest); training and cinematic knowledge transfer (Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, Zinemaldia + Plus, Filmmakers' dialogue); and investigation, disclosure and cinematic thought (Z70 project, Thought and Discussion and Research and publications).
Marina Charriton (Paris) holds an MFA in Writing and Directing from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where she studied with the support of the Maurice Kanbar Scholarship.
Her thesis film, Habitat Hotel (2025), a Riese Organization grant recipient, was a finalist for the Wasserman King Award and received multiple Craft Awards. It premiered at Nest in the San Sebastián Film Festival and was invited to the Cannes Short Film Corner in 2026. She is currently developing the feature Habitat Hotel with the support of the Linz Film Talent Academy.
Marina co-founded bobadibob films in 2024, an independent production company built around collective filmmaking. She is currently in post-production on their first collective feature, A Series of Truths and Illusions, shot in New York, and developing bobadibob’s next feature, Letters Across Borders.
