Z365" or "Festival all year round" is the new strategic point of the Festival in which converge investigation, accompaniment and development of new talents (Ikusmira Berriak, Nest); training and cinematic knowledge transfer (Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, Zinemaldia + Plus, Filmmakers' dialogue); and investigation, disclosure and cinematic thought (Z70 project, Thought and Discussion and Research and publications).

Estibaliz Urresola (Laudio, Spain) has written and directed short films including Adri (2013) and Los casos gramaticales (2018). In 2019 she founded her own production company, Sirimiri Films, from which she has produced shorts such as Polvo somos (2020), Silver Biznaga for Best Actress in a Short Film at Málaga Festival, and Cuerdas / Chords (Zabaltegi-Tabakalera, 2022), presented at the Semaine de la Critique in Cannes and included in the Kimuak catalogue. She also directed the documentary Voces de papel (ETB Screenings, 2016).
Her debut feature, 20.000 especies de abejas / 20,000 Species of Bees (2023), competed in Berlin, where it landed the Silver Bear for Best Leading Performance (Sofía Otero). It also won the Golden Biznaga for Best Spanish Film and the Silver Biznaga for Best Actress in a Supporting Role (Patricia López Arnaiz) at Málaga, as well as the Feroz Award and the Forqué Award for Best Feature Film and the Goyas for Best Original Screenplay, Best New Director and Best Supporting Actress (Ane Gabarain). The film opened the Zinemira section out of competition in San Sebastián.
Since then, with Diana Toucedo, she has co-written the feature film Querer vivir un grito, scheduled to shoot in 2027. Today, from Sirimiri Films and together with Suspiria Films, La Maison Clapham and The other hand films, she is co-producing El Canal de la Mancha, the debut film from Daniel Sánchez, as well as Joana Moya’s debut film La Koreana, co-produced with LaZona Zinema, and developed after its stint at Ikusmira Berriak.
