It took 300 oaks to build the first farmhouses. When the trees ran out, wood gave way to stone, showing that identity transforms to stay. In the Arantzazu crypt, 23 chefs from Mahaia Kolektiboa meet artists in an immersive experience to address a crucial question: how to sustain an own identity today. Far from closed answers, 300 Haritz (300 Oaks) reflects on what it means to remain and to advance without losing one's origin.
