Planning to marry, Álex and Virginia buy a flat off-plan on the outskirts of a big city. They pool all their savings to make the downpayment, and take out a 40-year mortgage. Only a few months before moving in, the work stops and the area is cordoned off. Álex wants a solution and will do whatever it takes to get his home and live the life he's always dreamt of.
