Paula ponders the events which started her on this long bus trip. Her husband Carlos has been detained by the police; she adn their close friend Gerardo were unable to help him. Her friend, Isabel, proposed to move in with her. Paula spent her time searching for Carlos. She found out that he is alive in a camp 2.000 km away. But nows she and Gerardo have come together again and their old love has been re-kindled, when her sister refuses to accompany her to the prison camp, that it is Gerardo whom she truly loves.
Arriving at the camp, she finds that Carlos has been sent somewhere else. She must decide what seh is going to do before the long, hard trip back ends.
