GODS AND MONSTERS
Official Section

When handsome young ex-marine Clayton Boone becomes the gardener for an ill-tempered old man, he is surprised to learn that this eccentric recluse is none other than James Whale, the once-famous genius who created the original Frankenstein films of the early thirties. Immediately taken by the boy, Whale asks if he can paint his portrait, making Clayton and his ex-girlfriend Betty suspect an ulterior sexual motive; but nothing prepares him for the surprise of Whale's true intention.
