Director
Los Angeles, 1999. Officer Dave Brown is a Vietnam vet and a Rampart Precinct cop dedicated to doing "people?s dirty work" and asserting questionable methods of justice. When he gets caught on tape beating a suspect, he finds himself in a personal and emotional downward spiral as a result of his past sins and of his refusal to change his ways in the light of a corruption scandal affecting the whole department. Brown internalizes his fear, anguish and paranoia as his world starts making less and less sense. Director
