Synopsis
Summer, 1349. The Black Death ravages Europe. A group of travelling actors is on its way to Hamelin. Along the way they are joined by a minstrel who plays the flute. The rats arrive at Hamelin. The piper offers to free the city from the rats, but once he does it the burgomaster refuses to pay.
