Pina is a 3D feature on the Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch, the dance company founded by the great German choreographer. Wenders takes the audience on a sensual, visually stunning journey of discovery into her best known choreographies. Written, directed and produced by Wim Wenders, this experimental film will revolutionise the relationship between film and dance, not only for its 3D format, but for its original approach. Competely filmed in and around Wuppertal, the German city in which Pina Bausch lived for 35 years and home to the Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch.Director
