Z365" or "Festival all year round" is the new strategic point of the Festival in which converge investigation, accompaniment and development of new talents (Ikusmira Berriak, Nest); training and cinematic knowledge transfer (Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, Zinemaldia + Plus, Filmmakers' dialogue); and investigation, disclosure and cinematic thought (Z70 project, Thought and Discussion and Research and publications).
Writer and producer, Matt Goulding (Mountain View, USA) has dedicated his career to understanding the world—its history, politics, and culture—through the lens of food.
In 2012 he co-founded Roads & Kingdoms, an independent media company dedicated to telling stories at the intersection between food, travel and geopolitics. Anthony Bourdain joined Roads & Kingdoms as a partner in 2015, and together he and Goulding produced three documentary series for CNN, including Little Los Angeles, which won a Primetime Emmy in 2018. Over the years, Road & Kingdoms has won a National Magazine Award, two Webbys, and six James Beard Awards, including four individual writing awards for Goulding.
He is also the co-creator, with chef René Redzepi, of Omnivore, a documentary series for Apple TV+.
He is the author of 21 books, with more than 10 million copies sold worldwide.
