Prim, el asesinato de la calle del Turco

A chronicle of the conspiracy to kill Prim told in historical thriller mode. On 27 December 1870, the sedan in which Prim, President of the Council of Ministers, is making its way from the Courts to his home when it is intercepted in the Calle del Turco by another two carriages. A dozen or so men with guns and blunderbusses shoot the general. Prim makes it home, badly wounded, and is officially declared dead seventy-two hours later. 

BIOGRAPHY

Miguel Bardem (Madrid, 1964) is a director, screenwriter and producer. After his first short, La madre (1995), Bardem directed the following features: Más que amor, frenesí (Not Love, Just Frenzy, 1996), La mujer más fea del mundo (The Ugliest Woman in the World, 1999), Noche de reyes (Twelfth Night, 2001), Incautos (Swindled, 2004) and Mortadelo y Filemón. Misión: Salvar la Tierra (Mortadelo and Filemon. Mission: Save the Planet, 2008). He has also helmed several well-known TV series including Cazadores de hombres, Los misterios de Laura, El asesinato de Carrero Blanco, Ángel o demonio and Hospital Central.
