Documentary on the life and work of the multifaceted artist Néstor Basterretxea, a voyage on which we will discover not only Néstor's unique spirit and the way he worked, but his influence on culture and contemporary art in the 20th century. 


BIOGRAPHY

Gentzane Martínez de Osaba studied Film and Video at the IDEP in Barcelona. On his return to Bilbao, he alternated his work as a cameraman and cinematographer with directing and co-directing a cultural programme for ETB. Alex García de Bikuña specialised in documentary at Edinburgh College of Art and collaborated with the Scottish Documentary Institute. Both are partners of the Marmoka Films production company and together they have produced and directed numerous documentaries, including, Mugaritz. La cocina inacabada (2010) and Next Time Inshallah (2011).
