The accidental discovery of a letter forgotten for years prompts Clarence to leave his Huesca mountains and travel to Bioko to visit the land where his father, Jacobo, and his uncle Kilian spent most of their youth.

BIOGRAPHY

Fernando González Molina has directed some of the biggest blockbusters of today’s Spanish movie scene. He is the author of Fuga de cerebros (2009), and of Tres metros sobre el cielo (2010) and Tengo ganas de ti (2012), both based on Federico Moccia’s homonymous novels. Palmeras en la nieve, based on the novel of the same name by Luz Gabás, is his fourth film. He recently completed shooting the adaptation of Dolores Redondo’s novel El guardián invisible in Navarre.
