The tale of an unprecedented voyage when one of the best restaurants in the world closes its doors for five weeks to set out and travel. Making its way through four American countries, the team from El Celler de Can Roca pays homage to the cuisines of Mexico, Peru and Colombia, personally reinterpreting their ingredients and traditions.
Since 2012, Luis González, first as project head and later as the executive producer of Contents Área, has produced TV programmes, documentaries, corporate and commercial pieces. Since 2013, he has been alternating his content design and creation work with producing. Andrea Gómez studied production, directing and script in Madrid, going on to found in 2010 and with two partners, the audiovisual production company Tócalasam, dedicated to advertising, electoral videos, music videos and short films. Since 2012 she has been working with Contents Área as a producer and writer alongside Luis González.
