Bego Zubia Gallastegi has developed a large part of her professional career as a journalist in the written press (Egin and Gara) and for television. She is currently director of the science programme Teknopolis (Elhuyar-ETB). She debuted in documentary feature films with Sagardoa Bidegile after having directed several medium-length documentaries for television, particularly including Viaje a la prehistoria (2013) and Tras el hierro antiguo (2014).
