A BEAUTIFUL VISUAL FEAST
Tuesday, September 26th, 2017

Arnold Schwarzenegger made the press conference he gave yesterday after the screening of Wonders of the Sea 3D a passionate plea for the protection of the oceans. Accompanied by directors Jean-Michel Cousteau and Jean-Jacques Mantello and part of the team that made the film, he said that what had convinced him to get involved in the project as producer and narrator was that rather than being a political documentary, what the film did was to show how we needed to protect what we have to create a better future for everyone, without any finger-pointing or preaching. “It’s a beautiful visual feast,” he said. He also highlighted how important it was to hand over the world in better shape to the next generation and stressed that the environment wasn’t a political issue but a people’s issue: “We all breathe the same air and drink the same water.”
