Observatorio de la Cultura de la Fundación Contemporánea, an organism which develops a consultation about the state of culture in Spain, has published his new ranking of the most remarkable cultural institutions of the country. In this ranking San Sebastian International Film Festival occupies the 4th place, only preceded by three museums is the first institution with a temporary activity during the year.
