The Nest Films Students Jury of the 67th Edition decide to give the ORONA AWARD - Nest Film Students Best Short Film to:
"EM CASO DE FOGO / IN CASE OF FIRE" Tomás Paula Marques
(Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema – ESTC, Portugal)For creating a subtle and atmospheric portrait of adolescence in rural Portugal
The award carries 10,000 euros.
Special mention to
"FIEBRE AUSTRAL / AUSTRAL FEVER" Thomas Woodroffe

The Nest Film Students Award targets the fostering and backing of future projects produced by young students interested in learning cinematographic language and technique. It also targets the supporting of the distribution and the internationalization of the selected short films.
A specific jury, consisting of one student from each of the schools selected to compete and chaired by a well-known figure from the movie world, will choose the winner of ‘Nest Film Students Best Short Film Award’, sponsored by Orona Fundazioa.
The prize carries €10,000, going to the director of the winning work.
