Unable to get over the shock, she spends her days at the site of the old picture house, where sheer chance throws her into an affair with the married driver of the excavator. A tender yet bittersweet relationship unfolds in the darkness of the caravan serving as the company office. Thanks to their secret daily meetings, the lovers succeed in opening a door to the future. Although it's a relationship with no perspectives, it marks a turning point in 50-year-old Anita's life.
